What is i-station?
i-station is an anchor-screw system which moves teeth three-dimensionally using 2 to 4 screws. i-station makes it possible to perform all the mechanics needed for an orthodontic treatment such as distalization, mesialization, expansion, reduction, intrusion, and extrusion. i-station expands the treatment range dramatically.
There are 6 types of i-station α.

The parts are inserted into the mid-palate of the maxilla.
-
Method of Fixation
Insert 2 i-screw α Ⅲbefore placing i-platform α, and fix it with i-cap α. i-screw α Ⅲhas a stopper so i-platform α is fixed on the mucous membrane. The upper part, i-arm α is fixed on the attachment part of the i-platform α with i-cap α.
