i-station α EASY-PACK
To get the best performance out of i-station α, this service assists you in placing the screw in the proper location and also provides a superstructure for efficient tooth movement.
All you need to do is to provide us with the patient's data.
-Surgical stent fabrication for proper screw placement
-The bending of the i-station α superstructure (i-platform α bending, i-arm α machining, etc.) to match the placement position.
-The service includes materials. (you cannot bring your own materials).
The following are expected to be achieved.
-Improved stability of the i-station α
-Reduction of mental stress during drilling
-Reduction of operative man-hours
-Reduced man-hours for superstructure crafting
-Improved control of the teeth with high precision workmanship
i-station α surgical stent
Surgical stent for precise placement of the i-station α in the proper position, which is determined by superimposing CT and digital data of the dentition (or plaster cast). The first molar must be fitted with a lingual twin bracket. (We can design and fabricate these brackets for you.) The i-arm α is machined according to this position. Since the i-arm α can be set at the same time as the screw implantation, it can be loaded on the same day.
i-platform α
Depending on the thickness of palatine bone, i-platform α II or i-platform α III is chosen.
i-platform α Ⅱ
i-platform α II is chosen when the palatine bone is thick and no complicated mechanics are required. It is consisted of 3 attachments: Front Attachment, Center Attachment, and Back Attachment.
i-platform α Ⅲ
i-platform α III is chosen when the palatine bone is thin and complicated mechanics are required. It is fixed with 3 to 4 screws. Just like i-platform α II, it is consisted of 3 attachments.
Superstructures are attached to the Attachment of i-platform α and actually move the teeth.
iwi provides you with a selection of the following 9 types, which are processed based on the patient's data.
Used on the Front Attachment
①superstructure code:W1(Intrusion of the anterior teeth)
②superstructure code:W2(Lateral movement of the anterior teeth)
③ superstructure code:W3(Mesialization of the molars)
Used on the Center Attachment
④ superstructure code:W4(Maximum Anchorage)
With the first molars being fixed with ligature wires, retraction can be performed with maximum anchorage using elastics.
⑤ superstructure code:W5(Intrusion of molars)
Molar intrusion is achieved by placing palatal arches on the molar brackets along with the elastics.
Used on the Back Attachment
⑥ superstructure code:W6( Distalization )
Distalization of the first molars can be achieved by extendingthe arms backwards and using elastics.
i-arm α CS
⑦ superstructure code:C1( Distalization )
Effective distalization can be performed when canine and the first molar are pulled simultaneously by using elastics or other materials.
⑧ superstructure code:SG1(Expansion, Constriction, Intrusion, Extrusion)
A number of teeth movements can be achieved by using resilient G-wires on i-arm α Bracket.
Expansion
S-Gwire is an s-shaped GUMMETAL wire(Ti-Nb based beta titanium alloy wire that is very resilient), which makes it possible to perform the expansion of molars.
Constriction
S-Gwire is an s-shaped GUMMETAL wire(Ti-Nb based beta titanium alloy wire that is very resilient), which makes it possible to perform the constriction of molars.
Intrusion
S-Gwire is an s-shaped GUMMETAL wire, which makes it possible to perform the intrusion of molars.
Extrusion
S-Gwire is an s-shaped GUMMETAL wire(which makes it possible to perform the extrusion of molars).
i-arm α Plate (T-Gwire)
⑨ superstructure code:TG1( Distalization )
T-Gwire is a T-shaped G-wire that is used on the Back Attachment for distalization.
i-design system (i-station α specific SET-UP)
Original setup supervised by the developer of i-station α.By superimposing the digital data of the upper and lower jaw and the CT data, the occlusal state of the final dentition is digitally produced with the root direction combined.The placement of the brackets is then made in accordance with the straight arch wires (including steps in some cases).We will fabricate a carrier that allows precise positioning of the planned bracket positions.*Materials are included in this service (not to be brought in).
As a basic menu, you can choose either SET1 (maxillary lingual + mandibular lingual core set) or SET2 (maxillary lingual + mandibular labial core set).Buccal molar cores are also available as an option.
<The main features are as follows>
-Straight wire for minimal bending.
-Straight wire with no bends for more efficient tooth movement.
-Lingual Twin Brackets compatible with i-station α on maxillary first molars
-The original software allows the resin base to be made as thin as possible for better control of the teeth and more tooth-fit carrier fabrication.
-Long hooked wires to prevent lingual tipping are available as an option.
-Three levels of lingual wire torque are available to prevent lingual tipping.

Highly accurate workmanship is provided by experienced i-station α technicians.
